I also think the pleasure shows could be fun, although it does sound expensive for something you are not super in to. I know this is a little out there, but what if you did the lowest level of jumpers? It would still be something that could help with eventing, and it is something different.OnTheBithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07688127613313016544noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4017666900837094302.post-283727044882767222017-05-10T12:50:42.565-04:002017-05-10T12:50:42.565-04:00Thank you guys! Sometimes I just feel frustrated at myself, like I should be doing something "more" than walk-trot and baby jumps, not because of my horse (she is right where she needs to be) but because of me as a rider. I certainly don't aspire to high levels, but I feel out-of-sorts this year, I guess. I appreciate the supportive comments and am definitely going to focus on lessons and clinics more this year (and also a few schooling shows, because YES they are fun, Olivia! :-) Clover Ledge Farmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03980479474173795906noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4017666900837094302.post-33563291327359197912017-05-09T22:39:28.757-04:002017-05-09T22:39:28.757-04:00Bopping around at local schooling shows is fun too...Bopping around at local schooling shows is fun too!Olivia @ DIY Horse Ownershiphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16138490796669110523noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4017666900837094302.post-36732906941454629432017-05-09T19:31:57.391-04:002017-05-09T19:31:57.391-04:00It's frustrating to want to move up but your h...It's frustrating to want to move up but your horse is not ready. I like how careful you are with them. Maybe instead of shows do clinics and fun away things.
